FAQs

Check your spam folder for the message. If you still didn't get the email confirmation, contact Webmaster, and they will resend the message.

If you need the form to be corrected, please email Webmaster, and they will fix the form. If you fill out multiple forms by changing your child's name to circumvent the blocks on multiple registration, it will only cause a delay and more work for Adventures staff.

Do not fill out another form. Contact the Webmaster, and they will change the courses accordingly.

We will post on the website if registration fills completely. Until then, we don't release the number of total applicants. The course catalog has an up to date list of classes that are still open.

There is a non-refundable deposit for refund requests received before the program begins. After the program begins, no refunds will be provided.

Both the general and primary forms ask for basic contact info, emergency info, information about the child's school last year and the child's grade in the coming year, as well as health/learning concerns.

Student ages
The Primary program is for children entering Pre-K to 1st grade, and the General program is for children entering 2nd through 8th grade.

Locations
The primary program is held at The Skokie School, and the General program is held at Carleton Washburne School.

Structure
The primary program is more like a classroom with a teacher creating activities for the students. The general program offers 4 course options that the students select to fill their day.

The primary program's daily activities are created for the students by their teacher. The teachers plan full days that provide a structured and fun learning environment.

All payments are made through the Adventures in Learning online registration.

Schedules are created as you register online. If your child would like to be in class with another student, they should both register for the same class at the same period. Unless the class is cancelled or full, they will be registered for that class.
